We look for flexibility in our carers’ in order to meet client's needs. Availability to work some early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays are required on a rota system. However, flexible working patterns are available.

Primacy Care encourages learning and development for all employees and offer in-house training where you'll learn about manual handling, medication administration, health and safety. All new employees also get to experience hands on shadowing calls.
Regular supervision meetings and daily support is available, and all employees will have annual appraisals.
Each employee will have a personal development plan to ensure their full potential is being reached. Examples of further learning include diploma in health and social care level2/3 (QCF) and extra training for those who want to become dementia/parkinson's specialists.
Primacy Care also gives employees the opportunity for career progression into supervisory/team leader or care coordinator roles.
